With over 23 years of extensive industry experience, Rekha's background encompasses diverse sectors, including Design Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Management Consulting. She has made impactful contributions in areas such as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) of Offshore Oil and Gas, Specialty Chemicals, Safety Management Consultancy, and Infrastructure projects.
Throughout her distinguished career, Rekha has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations such as Samsung Heavy Industries, E.I. DuPont, ERM, Chilworth, Kumagai Skanska International, HCC (Hindustan Construction Company), Itochu (KSHI-JV), and the Delhi Pollution Control Committee.
Rekha Sharma brings a wealth of expertise across various domains, including ESG Assessments, material risks, ESG Strategy development, Blueprints, and Implementation support. Additionally, her proficiency extends to Process Safety Management, Human Factor Engineering, Behavior-Based Safety, Organizational Culture Transformation, and Coaching for Process Safety Competency, along with Construction Safety Management.

For over 35 years I have been a senior driver of significant transformation for various businesses and Industries. My work has spanned Africa, Europe, USA and APAC within blue chip organisations, localised operations, industry associations and governments.
My expertise sits within the mining, telecommunication, resources, retail and construction sectors where I have worked across all levels from executive boards to field workers. I have enjoyed delivering many keynote addresses, whitepapers and training forums on safety and leadership and have been the proud recipient of various industry awards. Having worked in many of the world’s most politically volatile and unstable environments I bring unique skills in navigating sensitive and diplomatic communications that result in cohesion and action.

During his vast career, he has acquired and practiced special skills in the fields of Process Operations and safety, Commissioning and troubleshooting, Design/Engineering, EPC Project execution, Asset Integrity Management, Quantitative Ris Analysis, HAZOP Study, Business Process Management, Corporate Risk Management, Corporate strategy & Governance.

Virendra is a passionate professional with expertise in sustainability, Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), and decarbonization initiatives. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, he brings a strong foundation in engineering principles coupled with a deep understanding of environmental sustainability practices.
